VitroScan treats and secures the personal data of candidates with the greatest possible care, in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR. Our privacy policy ensures privacy according to the standard brought by applicable privacy legislation (GDPR from 25 May 2018).

We collect your data from the moment you apply for one of our vacancies. By accepting our privacy policy for job applicants, you have given us explicit permission to receive and process personal data as part of the assessment of the skills and abilities of the candidate. Based on the assessment we evaluate whether the candidate fits the profile for the vacant position at VitroScan. After completion of the recruitment procedure for this position, we will discard your personal data, unless you have explicitly indicated that we may keep your data for a certain period of time for future positions.

The legal ground for processing personal data is the candidates consent to such processing as part of the application procedure. The candidate chooses what kind of personal data he/she decides to share with VitroScan. Please note that candidates are entitled to withdraw the mentioned consent at any time. VitroScan is the data controller for the processing of personal data of the candidates. All questions regarding privacy can be directed to VitroScan.

Candidates may exercise the right to access, rectify or erase personal data at any time. In addition, candidates can request to restrict the right of processing and the right of data portability of personal data. Finally, candidates have the right to file a complaint to the data protection authorities with regards to the processing of their personal data.
